Super friendly staff and just overall great experience. Kevin was awesome and we had an issue one night with noise but Samaria handled it. Highly recommended hotel. Odd layout with parking though.

Wonderful place, small town, lovely staff, and managed the best! I had the best time on this little retreat and couldn’t have asked for any better.

Overall, my stay was good, and I would stay here again. Hotel cleanliness is a priority when choosing where to stay for me. When I first entered, I noticed first the difference in temp from the outside to the cool AC, then the cleanliness, and was greeted before I got to the desk. I think the desk clerks name was Charlie (or maybe something like that) and he was warm and friendly. Also helpful. I took stock of the area, and most everything was clean. My room smelled okay, which is also a thing for me. The fridge was clean, which hasn't been in the last few hotels I stayed in, as was the microwave. The drawers had stray hairs; I also noticed some in the shower. I prefer a clean start, but I sanitize or clean any surface I put myself or my stuff on with 90% alcohol, cleaner, and gloves I bring or buy. I checked the bed for bedbugs...good there. While there I used the gym for four days. It's small, but we worked out in there with no issues. The temp changed each day in there, less cool progressively. I planned to but didn't use the pool because when I arrived, it had been closed because a kid vomited in it. Although it reopened, I just wasn't interested. I ate their offered breakfast once. I was surprised at the larger selection. Note: their coffee/tea station is open 24hrs and they always have fresh fruit at the desk for guests. A plus. They give you water (and sometimes a snack) when you check in and offer free water (cold or room temp) throughout your stay. Another plus. The other desk staff was fine; there was one young lady, I can't remember her name but I think she was Hispanic, who was there in the mornings and would talk to us about our workouts. She was friendly, helped us get what we needed in the gym, and chatted with us each morning. The hotel is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and their local mall, according to Charlie. I didn't get a chance to visit the mall. Verizon's parking lot backs right up to the hotel entrance. The desk staff tell you not to park there, Verizon customers only, or Verizon will have you towed. Another plus for the staff.

Very comfortable rooms, friendly people, and easy access to shopping and food. I'd definitely stay here again.

This Hotel was built backwards, the parking lot is no where near the front door. I suggest dropping your bags off then park. Also gove yourself time to find breakfast elsewhere. I know the staff is working with what they have but it was truly some low I mean really low budget quality choices. I really appreciate the staff for trying though but breakfast is a no for me. The front desk staff, amazing. I had an issue with my ac controls in the room, no heat for hours. When I did message front desk they were right on top of it. The lady that came to fix it was a bit rude, but I am guessing she was trying to not invade privacy so im not holding her to the possible upsetness for the request for maintenance. An hour later there was still no heat. Come to find out I used the controls that weren't on the wall so I left the situation alone and didnt call them back. Regardless, very nice people, and very clean room!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The prices were reasonable compared to other comparable hotels in the area. The room was spacious and had a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and other amenities, like a toaster. The bed was comfortable and there were many channels to choose from on the TV. We were able to rest because it was relatively quiet. The location was nice because it is close to many shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and had a decent selection. Clarence at the front desk was very helpful and professional. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night, very clean room, however, the internet was down for several hours (6+ hours) in the evening time, did hear loud noises from other rooms and lastly… the breakfast was a C- at best… I guess something is better then nothing.

They need some help. But , Clean, modern, and comfortable stay. Friendly staff, spacious suites, and great amenities made the visit easy and relaxing. Convenient location and solid value—would happily stay again. Parking is a Real Pain!
